Calcined Bauxite is produced from non metallurgical Bauxite grades with a high diasporic content through sintering in rotary kilns at 1650-1700°C. There are two kinds of kilns for calcination process: Rotary kiln Bauxite , and Shaft kiln Bauxite.
Most important characteristics are high thermal stability, high mechanical strength and good resistance to molten slags.

Used in iron and steel, nonferrous metallurgy, electronics, petroleum, chemical, aerospace, atomic energy, defense and other industries. (5) Magnesia and bauxite clinker as raw materials, add the appropriate binder, used for pouring ladle whole ladle lining has particularly good effects.
