Fused Zirconia Aluminum Oxide (ZA40)

Fused Zirconia Aluminum Oxide is an electro-fused alumina-zirconia grain, produced by fusing alumina and zirconia raw material in electric arc furnaces, and then by quenching, crushing and sieving.

ZA40 has small crystal size and a unique microstructure, which give it high toughness and hardness, good cutting capacity, and longer lifetime. Therefore, its quality is far superior to brown fused alumina, silicon carbide and other traditional abrasive materials.
